Who are bilingual learners?
Bilingual children are children who have been exposed to and use two or more languages from birth or an early age. A bilingual child may have one dominant language, but they are able to understand and communicate in both languages.

Who learns Russian as a Foreign Language?
Students learning Russian as a Foreign Language are children who have had little or no previous exposure to Russian and do not regularly use the language for communication or learning.
